Prices & Carriage Costs

These are constantly reviewed and will normally INCLUDE delivery to a ground floor entrance with no steps or parking restrictions. For other locations or conditions an additional delivery charge may need to be applied. It is up to the customer to ensure that ALL the delivery information they provide is accurate and correct as any abortive delivery costs due to such errors will be charged to the customer in full.

We reserve the right to change our prices from those displayed on our web site and publications without prior notice. We also reserve the right to correct prices for any errors or omissions that have been displayed or published. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate at the date of invoice.

We cannot stress strongly enough the need for Customers to very carefully check the dimensions of the products, both in terms of the space needed where the safe or cabinet is to be located and the internal space space available for the products to be stored. It is also importantto ensure that sufficient space is available for the the door(s) to be able to fully swing open.

Unless a return is due to a manufacturing defect that cannot be rectified on site then the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the carriage charges for any returns.

Insurance Ratings

Cash and Valuables Insurance Ratings are shown for most items. However, these Insurance Ratings must only be reqad a s a guide as they may vary considerably due to area conditions, location and advice of your insurer. Please always check with your insurance underwriter to confirm the confirm that will apply.

Dimensions

All weights, capacities and dimensions described are approximate. The Manufacturers policy is one of constant improvement. We therefore reserve the right to alter any part of the specification described on our web site or publications without incurring any obligation.

Optional Extras

It is usually necessary to purchase any Optional Extras that may be available at the time of purchasing your Safe or Security Cabinet. Often these may not be purchased after delivery.

Warranty

Zebra Safes applies the warranty terms supplied by the Manufacturers of the products we supply.

For example, most Phoenix Fire Safes come with a Free lifetime ‘after the fire’ replacement warranty and a full two year materials and labour warranty. A one year warranty only applies to the Phoenix Series 0700 Models and the KC, KS, SB, SB and SC Series Models.

Test Specifications


Fire Test Standards
For extra peace of mind, each fire resistant model is also independently tested to a European or American test standard.

NT FIRE 017-60 Paper
Requires safe to be heated to 945°c for 1 hour. The maximum temperature inside the cabinet shall not exceed the initial temperature by more than 150°c.

NT FIRE 017-90 Paper
Requires safe to be heated to 1050°c for 90 minutes. The maximum temperature inside the cabinet shall not exceed the initial temperature by more than 150°c.

NT FIRE 017-120 Diskette
Requires safe to be heated to 1090°c for 2 hours. The maximum temperature inside the cabinet shall not exceed the initial temperature by more than 30°c.

NT FIRE 017-120 Paper
Requires safe to be heated to 1090°c for 2 hours. The maximum temperature inside the cabinet shall not exceed the initial temperature by more than 150°c.

UL 72 Class 350-60
Requires safe to be heated to 927°c for 1 hour. Internal temperature must not rise above 177°c.

VDMA 24991-120DIS
Requires safe to be heated to over 1100°c for 2 hours. Internal temperature must not rise above 30°c.

KS G 4500-180
Requires safe to be heated to over 1122°c for 3 hours. Internal temperature must not rise above 177°c.

EN14450-S1
Secure storage unit protection. European Burglary Attack standard.

EN14450-S2
Secure storage unit protection. European Burglary Attack standard.

B16810-1997
This is a 60 minute test for paper records to a similar standard as NT Fire 017. (China National Testing and Inspection Authority).
